Order Processing Time
Orders typically take up to 7 business days (Monday–Friday) to be prepared and shipped, regardless of the shipping speed selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
We appreciate your patience — every order is carefully packed and tested for quality before shipping.
Shipping Speeds & Costs
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service level.
We currently offer multiple service levels (e.g., Economy Plus, Expedited Plus, Express Plus), all of which include full coverage for any shipping issues.
Estimated transit times are shown at checkout and do not include processing time.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service level.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping price at checkout unless otherwise specified by the shipping method selected.
If a package is returned to us due to refusal to pay import duties or an undeliverable address, the original shipping charge will not be refunded.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. If you don’t receive tracking within 7 business days of your order, contact us at shane@electron-shepherd.com.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
All shipping methods include full coverage for lost or damaged packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors or household members

Contact your local postal service or carrier office

Then email us — we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible
